Economics:
Providing a superb basis for developing the thinking skills used for becoming an informed citizen, investor, and overall decision-maker. The economic principles and applications explored are used widely throughout careers in business, teaching, and public service.

    Designed to provide students with a broad liberal arts background of study during their first and second years of college with an emphasis on economics. The state’s two-year and four-year schools developed transfer agreements that allow students from a community college to transfer at least 90 credits (60 semester credits) to a four-year college or university. The degrees satisfy some – or all – general requirements for a bachelor’s degree.

Geography:
Studying the physical and the social sciences from a spatial perspective, Geography helps us understand our global society.

    Designed for students who plan to transfer to Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs at University of Washington (Seattle), Washington State University, Northwest University, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Pacific Lutheran University, Walla Walla College, and the Washington State University Intercollegiate College of Nursing (WSU-ICN) whose members include Eastern Washington University, Gonzaga, and Whitworth.
